Deep Diving and fun dives
How the day works..
We normally run two
dives per day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon with dusk dives and
night dives regularly scheduled. There is always the opportunity to do more than
2 dives a day and if you are feeling energetic this can always be arranged for
you. We can also arrange early morning dives, night dives, private guides and
possibly any other options you can think of!
If it’s been more than
six months since your last dive, then a refresh of your skills is a really good
idea. One of our instructors will run through some basic theory and then take
you on a shallow dive to practice some of the vital skills such as sharing air
and buoyancy skills.
Diving Depths...
The maximum depth you
will dive to will depend on your certification and experience levels. Beginners
and open water divers are usually limited to 18 meters and the maximum depth for
recreational diving in the Egyptian Red Sea is 40 meters. Egyptian government
policy is also not to allow unguided diving, so all dives must have a qualified
dive guide licensed by the authorities. Due to this we keep the ratios of divers
to guides down. We can arrange private guides for you for a small extra charge
if you wish it. We have a maximum group size of six divers per dive guide,
although there is usually less and we will do our best to match up people of
similar levels, certification. |
